Andrew is an experienced Will Writer and Estate Planner who lives in Braintree, Essex and has been working with clients in and around areas of Essex including Chelmsford and Colchester since establishing Andrew Douglas Wills and Legal Services having previously worked with a number of legal firms and universities in many different areas of law.
Andrew has an LLB Hons university degree in law, an LLM Masters in International Law and the Legal Practitioners Course Certificate and is also a current member of the Society of Will Writers and a lifetime member of The Master Guild of Will Writers.

Tim Claydon is also a partner of longstanding at Andrew Douglas Wills and Legal Services. To say that Tim has had a varied working life would understate his vocational life. Upon leaving school, Tim sought a position in finance to utilise his natural ability with numbers. He applied for a position with The Prudential when he was just 20 years old, with special dispensation being sought to enable him to start his career.
After five very successful years, Tim set up his own practice which brought him even greater success as a leader for sales performance and a nomination for the Freedom of the City of London. Tim then sold his financial serviced practice but retained the non-regulated line of will writing and other legal services until eventually joining forces with Andrew Douglas Wills and Legal Services in his current role.
However, in the interim period, Tim built a new career in the racehorse and corporate hospitality industries. Eventually, he became assistant to a Newmarket trainer, owning 20 plus racehorses and organising events throughout England and France for corporate clients. Tim then sold these businesses and his UK residence and bought a Stud Farm in Normandy breeding many winners before returning to the UK.
Whilst Tim has had a varied working life, the one constant has always been success and endeavour. His knowledge and experience has been a driving influence in Andrew Douglas Wills and Legal Services success for the benefit of our many and varied clients.
