Handwritten documents found stuffed in Aretha Franklin’s couch have been classed as a valid will. Her sons have been battling over her $6 million estate after these handwritten documents have been found.
The main difference between the two documents is who Franklin designated as her executors and caveats on when someone can receive their inheritance.
