By ensuring that you have accurate records of the payments you have made and what these payments cover, this will ensure that your loved ones will know exactly what to expect to be charged for should there be any additional services required for your funeral.
  • Inform your funeral plan provider if you move house. Usually, when you take out your Pre-Paid Funeral Plan you will decide on which funeral director will be used. However, if you move home, your choice of a funeral director may need to be changed.
  • Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is important to note that some elements of your Pre-Paid Funeral Plan may not be possible should you die whilst certain restrictions are in place.
